    Bierocks - Sweet Bread Version

    Maggie Spratt - 2nd grade teacher and mom of Joey Spratt - Kindergarten - Bales

    List of Ingredients

    2 pkgs yeast
    2 c warm water
    pinch of sugar
    1/2 c sugar
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 c corn oil
    2 beaten eggs
    6 1/2 c flour (use 4 c first)
    1 1/2 lbs hamburger
    other filling ingredients of choice




    Recipe

    Mix the first three ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Mix next five ingredients together and add yeast/water mix to make the dough. Let raise in a warm area. Cook hamburger and other toppings. Take a handful of dough, flatten and fill with contents. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
