    Crazy Crust Pizza

    Recipe Introduction

    This is a batter crust pizza that requires no rising time. The slices are easier to eat with a fork than with your hands but it is worth the extra dirty dishes.

    List of Ingredients

    Batter:
    1 c flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp oregano
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 eggs
    2/3 c milk
    Topping:
    1 1/2 lb meat mixture (hamburger, pepperoni and/or sausage)
    1 c pizza sauce
    1/4 c onions
    1 c shredded cheese
    toppings of your choice (such as olives, chopped green peppers, etc...)

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown meat (if necessary) and set aside. Lightly grease and flour pizza pan. Prepare batter and pour into pan, tilting so batter covers entire bottom of pan. Arrange meat and onions on batter. Bake on low rack at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes until crust is deep golden brown (I baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes and got the best results). Remove from oven and drizzle with sauce, cheese and other toppings. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
