    Lasagna

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 Tbsp parsley flakes
    1 (6-oz) can tomato sauce (2/3 c)
    1 Tbsp salad oil
    1 Tbsp basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp salt
    1 can chopped Tomatoes
    1 (10-oz) pkg wide lasagna noodles
    1 (24-oz) carton cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp parsley flakes





    Recipe

    Brown meat in hot oil. Add the parsley flakes, tomato sauce, oil, basil, garlic, salt and chopped tomatoes. Simmer uncovered until thick, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Rinse in cold water. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients. Place HALF the noodles in 9 x 13 inch baking dish; spread half the cottage cheese mixture over these; spread HALF the hamburger mixture next and add half of 1 lb of mozzarella cheese slices on top. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
