    Recipe Introduction

    Who doesn't like pizza? This rolled up version of a family favorite is sure to be a hit!

    List of Ingredients

    1 loaf frozen french bread dough, thawed and raised
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp parsley
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 c vegetable oil
    1/4 lb pepperoni, sliced
    1/2 lb sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    2 pkg sliced deli ham (Budig works well for this)
    12-oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 jar spaghetti sauce, any flavor

    Recipe

    Defrost and let rise one loaf of frozen french bread dough. Stretch and roll out on floured board to about 12 x 10 inch rectangle. Mix the first 8 ingredients and spread on dough. Layer 1/2 of the pepperoni, 1/2 of the sausage, 1/2 of the ham, and 1/2 of the cheese. Layer these four ingredients again. Starting on a long side, carefully roll dough into a log (jelly roll style). Put seam side down on shallow pan. Tuck in ends. Bake for 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until bread is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Heat spaghetti sauce and spoon over the top of each slice before serving.
