    Smothered Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients

    1 to 3 lb pkg pork chops
    1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    garlic powder
    Morton's nature blend seasoning
    milk

    Recipe

    Put pork chops in baking dish. Spread out some if possible (may be layered and/or stacked). Add cream of mushroom soup to baking dish covering up pork chops; stir in milk enough to thin soup to liquid covering pork chops. Season to taste. Then bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until done. After pulling out of oven, ladle or spoon soup on porkchops. Use corn starch to thicken the "gravy" (also great on mashed potatoes).
    Note: same recipe can make smothered steak by substituting beef round steak or your favorite cut, pork steak, even chicken breasts.
