List of Ingredients
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla beans, minced
1 1/2 cups vodka
Recipe
In a heavy, medium saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil. Boil until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and slowly stir instant coffee. Cool. Pour into a jar or crock; add minced vanilla bean and vodka.
Cover and shake vigorously. Place in cool, dark location. Shake daily for 3 weeks. Line a sieve with two layers of cheesecloth and strain liqueur. Pour into glass jar, bottle or decanter.
This liqueur can be kept up to 2 years.
