Blender Fruit Whip
Another one from the Joy, this time the 1975 issue.It's delicious, easy and you can use different varieties of fruit for a change!
List of Ingredients
1 tbsp. gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup boiling water
10 oz. frozen fruit, cut in pieces if large
2 egg whites, unbeatenRecipe
Combine gelatin, water and lemon juice in blender.Blend on high for 40 seconds.Add egg whites, blend 10 seconds more.Add frozen fruit, one piece at a time until mousse forms.Refrigerate.
Note: You may need less then 10 oz. fruit - watch for the "moussing-point"!
