Tuna Loaf
List of Ingredients
2 cans drained, flaked tuna
2 cups potato flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen peas and/or shredded carrots
salt, pepper, lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese,optionalRecipe
Yummy, easy and freezes well.Originally from Betty Crocker but modified by me.
Directions:
Mix everything very well and add some water if necessary.Pat firmly into greased 8by8 pan and bake at 400° for 35 minutes.Let stand some minutes before slicing.Serve with tomato sauce if desired.
Note:You may substitute 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken for the tuna!
