    Recipe Introduction


    These easy to make crisps are great with soups, salads or just to munch


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    • 1/2 C Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
    • 1/2 C butter or margarine, softened
    • 3 T water
    • 1 C all purpose flour
    • 1/4 t salt (optional)
    • 1 C Quick Oats, uncooked
    • 2/3 C roasted, salted sunflower seeds


    Instructions



    1. Beat cheeses, margarine and water in bowl until blended.
    2. Mix in flour and salt. Stir in oats and sunflower seeds until combined. Shape in to 12" long roll; wrap securely. Refrigerate 4 hours or up to 1 week.
    3. Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly greast cookie sheets. Cut roll into 1/8-1/4 inch slices; flatten each slice slightly.
    4. Place on prepared cookie sheets.
    5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Remove immediately; cool on wire rack.

    Makes 4 to 5 dozen crisps
