Cheesy Sun Crisps

Recipe Introduction
These easy to make crisps are great with soups, salads or just to munch
List of Ingredients
- 2 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 C Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 C butter or margarine, softened
- 3 T water
- 1 C all purpose flour
- 1/4 t salt (optional)
- 1 C Quick Oats, uncooked
- 2/3 C roasted, salted sunflower seeds
Instructions
Beat cheeses, margarine and water in bowl until blended.
- Mix in flour and salt. Stir in oats and sunflower seeds until combined. Shape in to 12" long roll; wrap securely. Refrigerate 4 hours or up to 1 week.
- Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly greast cookie sheets. Cut roll into 1/8-1/4 inch slices; flatten each slice slightly.
- Place on prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Remove immediately; cool on wire rack.

Makes 4 to 5 dozen crisps
