    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup water
    2 eggs
    4cups bread flour
    1/4 cup dry milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup butter
    1 tablespoon active dry yeast

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in pan in the order above.

    Set on dough setting.

    When buzzer sounds, remove the dough and place in a lightly greased bowl.

    Cover bowl with towel. Allow dough to rise for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Divide dough into 16 equal portions.

    Using the palm of your hands, roll each piece of dough into a cone. Cover with the towel and allow to rise for 15 minutes.

    Using a rolling pin, roll each cone into a flat sheet. Roll up from wider end to the narrow end.

    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, spray with a fine mist of warm water and cover with towel. Allow to rise another 30-40 minutes or until doubled in size.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
