Pumpkin Pancakes

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup each, flour and yellow cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon each of baking soda and salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin-not pie filling
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tablespoon oilRecipe
In bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix well. In another bowl mix together buttermilk, pumpkin, brown sugar, egg and oil. Add flour mixture and stir until just moistened. Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle until browned.
