    Someone may enjoy this, it was sent to me last thanksgiving (1998) and really easy to make and yummy too!

    List of Ingredients




    2-cups 10x sugar
    2-8oz cream cheese {soft}
    2-cups of cool-whip
    1-ready made pie crust {what ever kind you like}
    1 to 2 can's pie filling { your choice}
    1 -tsp grated lemon rind
    1-tbsp-lemon juice

    Recipe



    Mix all together except crust and pie filling...spoon into crust chill for about 4 hours
