    List of Ingredients




    1-1 1/4 kg chicken pieces (I use a pkg of BL, SL chicken breasts)
    1/2 C ketchup
    1/4 C water
    1/4 C brown sugar (packed)
    1/4 to 1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix

    Recipe



    Arrange chicken in bottom of casserole. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon over chicken.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hr til tender.

    ** You can also cook this one in the microwave ... my Mom's favourite way to make this dish** This recipe also works well using pork.
