Scalloped Potatoes and Chops

List of Ingredients
5 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
6 (1-inch thick) pork chopsRecipe
In a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan layer half of the potatoes and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat
layers. Combine the soup and sour cream. Pour over potatoe/onions.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, brown pork chops in a skillet on both sides. Place browned chops on top of potatoes. Cover and return to oven for about 45 minutes.
