Mashed Potatoes With Cream Cheese

Cream cheese and sour cream add richness to traditional potatoes.
List of Ingredients
8 medium Potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
6 Tablespoons Butter
10 ounces Cream cheese, cut into pieces
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Milk (or more as needed)
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and place in a mixer bowl. Add the butter, cream cheese and sour cream.
Start on low speed. Add milk and increase the speed until the potatoes are smooth and light. Check the seasonings. Serve warm
