I make this recipe during the holidays.


List of Ingredients




1 small package baby carrots
1 cup Marshmallow Crème
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe



Steam, boil or microwave 1 small package of baby carrots.

While waiting for the carrots to cook; combine: marshmallow crème, honey and ginger.

When carrots are done, drain and toss in the marshmallow mixture.
