List of Ingredients
1 pkg (125g) Cream Cheese, softened
3-1/2 oz Smoked Salmon, finely chopped (skin and bones removed)
1 Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped (or 1 tsp Sauer's Dill Weed)
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup Duke's MayonnaiseRecipe
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Stir in smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce until well mixed. Stir in mayonnaise until blended. Cover and chill 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
