Carrot Pie

List of Ingredients
3 10-inch carrots, scraped, and cut in small pieces.
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/3 stick margarine
2 level tablespoons self-rising flour
1/2 cup milk.
Recipe
Cook carrots until soft, drain and mash. Add margarine while carrots are still hot. Add other ingredients, except milk. Mix well and add milk. Mix well and pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake at 375º until set.
