    List of Ingredients




    1st layer

    1 Cup pecans-chopped
    1 Cup flaked coconut
    Mix and put in bottom of 9X13 pan.

    2nd layer

    1 Box German Chocolate Cake mix
    Mix according to directions on box. Pour over pecan and coconut mixture.

    Top layer

    Mix: 1 stick margarine (softened)
    1 8 oz. Cream cheese (softened)
    1 Box confectioner sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla

    Recipe



    Drop in mounds over cake (or swirl). Do not drop too close to edge of pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. When checking for doneness, place toothpick where you can see the 2nd layerr. The cake is done when toothpick comes out clean. Don't over bake.
