Japanese Fruit Pie

List of Ingredients
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup coconut
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup pecans
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp vinegar
Recipe
Cream margarine and sugar until soft. Add eggs, coconut, raisins, pecans and vinegar. Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake 30-45 minutes in a 325º preheated oven.
