    Reunion Peach Pie

    This pie was THE big hit at the 2000 reunion

    List of Ingredients




    Step One
    2 cups self-rising flour
    2 cups chopped nuts
    2 sticks margarine

    Step Two
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. cool whip
    1 cup powdered sugar

    Step Three
    3 oz. pack of peach jello
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups water
    6 tbsp. constarch
    1 quart diced peaches

    Recipe



    Step 1:
    Mix and press in pan. Bake at 375 until lightly brown, then cool.

    Step 2:
    Mix well and pour over the cooled crust.

    Step 3:
    Mix well and cook until it thickens. Cool. Add peaches. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
