    Sour Cream Coconut Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 Duncan Hines Yellow Moist Deluxe Butter Recipe Cake Mix, baked as directed on box.

    Icing:
    2 pkgs of fresh frozen coconut1
    16oz carton sour cream
    2 cups sugar

    Recipe



    Mix all icing ingredients together and refrigerate over night. Spread on cooled layers that have been split to make four layers (the easiest way to do this is to tie a piece of thread or dental floss half way between top and bottom of layer and pull tight). Store in refrigerator for two days to make the cake moist.
