    Elephant Stew

    Don Wallace wants to know who's going to clean the elephant.

    List of Ingredients




    1 medium size elephant
    10 lb. snails (shells included)
    100 lb. carrots with tops
    2 rabbits (optional)

    Recipe



    Cut elephant into small, bite size pieces. Wash snails; add to pot with water. Dump in carrots. Add enough brown gravy to cover. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 4 weeks at 450º. Serves 3,500. If more are expected, 2 rabbits may be added. Do this only in an emergency, as most people do not like hare in their stew.
