Boney pieces of 2 fryers, boiled
2 cups chopped celery
1 to 1 1/2 cups onions (thinly sliced and quartered)
2 cups chicken broth
1 can bean sprouts, drained
Salt
Pepper
Soy Sauce
Recipe
Place broth, chicken, onions and celery in pot, cook until celery begins to soften. Add bean sprouts. Salt and pepper to taste. Thicken with flour and water until right consistency. Add soy sauce to taste. Serve over rice or noodles. Beef or pork can be substituted for chicken.
