Recipe Introduction
Unlike most “stuffed zucchini”, this one is intended for the small zucchinis and does not include meat.
List of Ingredients
Slice small zucchinis lengthwise. Hollow out the seeds with a spoon. Microwave or cook in water until just fork tender.
1 C. sharp cheddar cheese
¼ C. cream
½ C. bread crumbs
salt
pepper
¼ C. melted butter
paprika
Recipe
Mix together all the ingredients except the paprika. It will adhere together like a paste. Stuff this mixture into the hollowed out area where the seeds were. Sprinkle with a little paprika. (Don’t use too much as paprika can be spicy hot. This is just for appearance.)
