Steamed Carrots with Olives

List of Ingredients
2 lbs carrots, peeled, sliced into 1/4" coins
olive oil (to lightly coat the bottom of a 10" frying pan)
oregano
1 small can chopped green olives, drained (optional)
1/4 c waterRecipe
Put oil in pan on stove at low-medium heat. Add in carrots and water. Cover pan and let cook for 30 minutes (or until tender), stirring occasionally. Add the olives and oregano and cook an additional few minutes.
I sometimes make this omitting the olives and oregano and cook with a tbsp or two of honey or maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
