Chef Diane J. Jones graduated from L'Ecole de Cuisine Moderne located in Boston, Massachusetts on October 3, 1984.
She graduated with High Honors in the Classical Culinary Arts Chef's Program studying Classical French and Northern Italian Cuisine.
This culinary school followed the cooking tradition and recipe instruction of the well known International Chef Madeleine Kamman.
She along with her husband, Dr. Clifford S. Jones, operated an Invitation Only Restaurant (Maison Gourmet) for six years in Rockport, Massachusetts.
Her dedication to Gourmet cooking and Instruction prompted her to develop this web page, along with her husband, to all who enjoy epicurean living.
