List of Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves or 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon unalted butter.
- Accompany with rice noodles.
- Veggie - peas.
Instructions
- Pound the chicken into submission between 2 sheets of wax paper.
- Heat oil and garlic over medium high heat.
- Add chicken breasts until cooked golden, 3 to 5 minuters on each side.
- Add salt, pepper, vinegar, chicken broth and rosemary.
- Cover, reduce heat to meium low, and cook 3 minutes more.
- Remove chicken to platter and keep warm.
- Increase heat to high and boil sauce until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Whisk in butter if you want.
