    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    • pepper
    • 1/2 cup sherry vinegar
    • 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
    • 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves or 1 tsp dried rosemary
    • 1 Tablespoon unalted butter.
    • Accompany with rice noodles.
    • Veggie - peas.


    Instructions


    1. Pound the chicken into submission between 2 sheets of wax paper.
    2. Heat oil and garlic over medium high heat.
    3. Add chicken breasts until cooked golden, 3 to 5 minuters on each side.
    4. Add salt, pepper, vinegar, chicken broth and rosemary.
    5. Cover, reduce heat to meium low, and cook 3 minutes more.
    6. Remove chicken to platter and keep warm.
    7. Increase heat to high and boil sauce until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes.
    8. Whisk in butter if you want.
