3 pounds mushrooms (button), washed and blanched.Sharp cheese of your liking.Pepperidge Farm Herb StuffingMelted butter (about a stick)1/2 Cup of Half N HalfRecipe
Grease 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Layermushrooms, grated cheese, and stuffing 2 times. Drizzle melted butter over top and thendrizzle Half N Half over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
