List of Ingredients
- 12 Egg Whites
- 3 Cups of Quick Oats
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 12 Packets Splenda (approx. 1/4 cup)
Instructions
- Beat Eggs until frothy but not stiff.
- Fold in other ingredients.
- Divide into 12 regular muffins.
- Bake 375* for 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Final Comments
2 muffins = 2 egg whites and 1/2 oatmeal.
Refridgerate muffins.
