Turkey Meatballs (Baked)

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. Ground Turkey
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 T. Parsley
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp. Onion minced
- ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
- 2 tsp. Garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Mix all ingredients. Add water a little at a time until the meat mixture holds together and can be formed into balls.
- Shape gently into 1" balls (weigh the meat, You want them to be 1 ounce each)
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until done.
