• Two liquid egg whites (from the carton)
• 1 banana (counted as carb)
• 1/2 cup pineapple
• Coconut extract
• Sweetener to taste
• Ice
Recipe
Mix the above ingredients in a blender and it comes out tasting like a pina colada.
