ARTICHOKE DIP
A delicious, no fuss appetizer.
List of Ingredients
- 1 can (13 3/4 ozs.) hearts of artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise and garlic. Spoon into a 9" pie plate or 3-cup capacity shallow baking dish, spreading mixture evenly.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until mixture is bubbly and light brown.
- Serve immediately with French bread slices or crackers.
