    1/4 LB. FRESH SHRIMPS, SHELLS REMOVED

    3-1/3 CUPS BEANSPROUTS

    5 SQUARES FIRM TOFU, FRIED, CUT INTO CUBES

    4 CLOVES GARLIC, CRUSHED

    1 MEDIUM ONION, SLICED

    1/2 CUP TOMATO SAUCE

    1-1/2 CUP SHRIMP JUICE OR WATER

    1-1/2 CUP SLICED CILANTRO

    Recipe



    SAUTE ONIONS, GARLIC AND SHRIMPS IN OIL.

    ADD THE REMAINING INGRIDIENTS EXCEPT CILANTRO.

    SEASON WITH 1/2 TSP. SALT, 1 TSP. BLACK PEPPER AND 2 TBSP. SOYSAUCE.

    SIMMER FOR 3 MINUTES.

    STIR IN CILANTRO AND SIMMER FOR ANOTHER 2 MINUTES, OR UNTIL COOKED.
