Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

2 c raw pumpkin seeds
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. saltRecipe
Rinse seeds until pulp and strings are washed off. Boil seeds in salt water, if desired, for 10 min. Dry seeds on paper towel.
In medium bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, melted butter or margarine and salt. Add seerds.
Stir until coated with mixture. Spread on baking sheet.
Bake 1-2 hrs in 225 deg. oven. Stir occasionally and watch for burning. Seeds should be crisp.
