List of Ingredients
- 2 c elbow macaroni (8 oz. pkg.) uncooked
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 3 c tomato juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (I use a little more)
Instructions
- Saute macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil till macaroni turns slightly yellow. Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to boiling. Cover and simmer 20 min. Serves 6.
