Parmesan Garlic Orzo

- 1 c orzo pasta
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook orzo in boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 11 min. Drain.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir garlic in melted butter until lightly browned, about 5 min.
- Stir orzo into garlic mixture and mix in the parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt and black pepper
