    Parmesan Garlic Orzo

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c orzo pasta
    • 1/4 c butter
    • 2 tsp minced garlic
    • 2 Tbsp milk
    • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    • 1/2 tsp salt and ground black pepper
    • 1/4 c parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook orzo in boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 11 min. Drain.
    2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir garlic in melted butter until lightly browned, about 5 min.
    3. Stir orzo into garlic mixture and mix in the parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt and black pepper
