    List of Ingredients


    • 2 unbaked 9" pie crusts
    • 1 can Veg All - drained
    • 2 cans potato soup
    • 1/2 c milk
    • 1-1/2 c. chopped chicken
    • 1/2 tsp. thyme
    • pepper to taste
    • 1 egg, beaten


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 deg.
    2. Place one crust in bottom of 9" pie pan.
    3. Mix soup, milk, chicken and seasonings and pour over crust. Cover with second pie crust.
    4. Bake 20 min.
    5. Brush crust with beaten egg. Cover edge of crust with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.
    6. Bake 20-25 min. longer or until crust is golden brown.
    7. Let stand 10 min. before serving. Serves 4-5.
