Chicken Pot Pie

List of Ingredients
- 2 unbaked 9" pie crusts
- 1 can Veg All - drained
- 2 cans potato soup
- 1/2 c milk
- 1-1/2 c. chopped chicken
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 deg.
- Place one crust in bottom of 9" pie pan.
- Mix soup, milk, chicken and seasonings and pour over crust. Cover with second pie crust.
- Bake 20 min.
- Brush crust with beaten egg. Cover edge of crust with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.
- Bake 20-25 min. longer or until crust is golden brown.
- Let stand 10 min. before serving. Serves 4-5.
