    Shortcut Chicken Cordon Bleu

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Tbsp. butter
    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
    • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (regular or 98% fat free)
    • 2 Tbsp. water
    • 2 Tbsp. Chablis or other dry white wine
    • 1/2 c, shredded Swiss cheese
    • 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
    • 4 c. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained


    Instructions


    1. Heat butter in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat.

    2. Add the chicken and cook for 10 min. or until well browned on both sides. Remove to platter.

    3. Stir the soup, water, wine, cheese and ham in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, returning chicken to skillet. Cover and cook for 5 min. or until the chicken is cooked through.

    4. Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked noodles. Makes 4 servings.
