Crock Pot Roast
Recipe Introduction
I like to use the crock pot when we are doing some late fall fishing. No fuss, and everything is ready and waiting.
List of Ingredients
- 3 pound round roast.( anything will do)
- 1 can of beef broth.
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced.
- 1/2 cup celery, 1/2 inch pieces.
- 1 medium onion, cut into large pieces.
- 3 medium potatoes, quartered.
Instructions
- Trim as much fat from the roast as possible.
- Cut up vegatables.
- Add potatoes to crock pot first.
- Add roast to crockpot.
- Pour can of beef broth over roast.
- Add vegatables.
- Cook on low heat all day. (12 Hrs)
