This was one for special occasions - a bit different.





List of Ingredients



• 1 small orange
  
• 1 oz cocoa
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 4 oz butter or margarine
  
• 4 oz caster sugar
  
• 4 oz self-raising flour
  






Instructions



1. Grate rind and squeeze juice from orange.
   
2. Mix cocoa with juice.
   
3. Cream butter and sugar and add beaten eggs.
   
4. Add cocoa and orange rind.
   
5. Fold in flour.
   
6. Bake reg 5 for about 30 minutes
