    Triple Chocolate Chunk Coolies

    These cookies are are for the chocolate lover.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup butter
    • ¾ cup C&H Professional Grade Baker’s Sugar,
    • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate,
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, cut
    • 6 ounces white baking bar, cut into ½ inch
    • 1 cup chopped black walnut or pecans (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Lightly grease a cookie sheet; set aside. In a
      large mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer
      on medium to high speed for 30 seconds.

    2. Beat in granulated sugar, brown sugar, and baking
      soda until combined.

    3. Beat in eggs and vanilla until
      combined.

    4. Stir in melted chocolate.
    5. Beat in as much of
      flour as you can with the mixer.

    6. Stir in any remaining
      flour. Stir in chocolate and white baking pieces and,
      if desired, nuts.

    7. Using a ¼ - cup dry measure or scoop, drop
      mounds of dough about 4 inches apart on the
      prepared cookie sheet.

    8. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes or
      until edges are firm. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute.
      Transfer cookies to a wire rack; let cool.
