    PIZZA CUPS

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 Tbs. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
    1/2 to 3/4 C. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400F. Brown and drain beef. Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides of each 'cup'. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture in each biscuit lined cup and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Makes 12 pizza cups.
