15 MINUTE CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER
List of Ingredients
4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups instant rice -- uncooked
2 cups frozen broccoli flowerets
Recipe
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. For creamier rice increase water to 1 2/3 cups.
SERVES 4.
