    PEANUT BUTTER CRISPY RICE SQUARES

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    1 package (10oz) marshmallows
    6 cups crispy rice cereal
    1 cup peanut butter chips
    1/2 cup chopped peanuts, optional

    Recipe



    Grease 13- X 9-inch pan. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the marshmallows and butter, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients; mix until well coated. Press mixture into the pan, cool, and cut into bars.

    Makes about 36 bars.

    *If desired, bars can be frosted with melted chocolate chips.
