    20 won ton wrappers
    4 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
    1 cup Louis Kemp crab Delights, shredded
    1/4 cup finely diced red or yellow bell pepper
    1/4 cup finely diced green onion

    1 egg white beaten with 1 tablespoon of water until foamy.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

    In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, crab delights, bell pepper and green onion.

    On a flat work surface(I just use another baking sheet) lay out won ton wrappers 2 or 3 at a time. Brush edges of wrappers with egg white/water mixture. Using a rounded teaspoon of crab mix, fill center of wrapper. Fold wrapper into a triangle; then fold "wings" in toward the filling. Be sure to firmly press edges together.

    Place filled wrappers on baking sheet; spray with cooking spray and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Serving size-5 wontons
