Ro-Tel "Hot" Artichoke Dip

13 1/2 ounces artichoke hearts -- drained and chopped
10 ounces Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2. Place in 1-quart casserole.
3. Bake in 375 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let cool 10 minutes before serving. Makes 2 cups.
