    2 cup canned pumpkin
    3/4 cup SPLENDA
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup whole-grain wheat flour
    1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    3/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
    1 tsp ground cloves
    1 tsp ground ginger
    4 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp ground allspice
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    Instructions
    Preheat oven to 350. Combine flours, spices, baking soda, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
    In a large bowl combine Splenda, white and brown sugars, apple sauce, egg substitute and blend thoroughly. Add the pumpkin and mix.
    Fold in flour mixture. Pour equally into 4 greased and floured mini loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out cleanly. Remove from bread pans and cool on a baking rack. (Each mini loaf is 12 points. Can bake in 2 to 3 large pans for anywhere from 60 to 70 minutes. Or try muffins for ? time! 24 of them would be 2 points each)
