1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup apple sauce
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
350 degree oven
bake for 1 hour 10 minutes
sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cream applesauce with sugar and then beat in the egg beaters. Alternate flour mixture, applesauce mixture, and bananas. Start with the flour and end with the flour.
Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with non cooking spray.
Number of bananas may vary to get 1 cup depending on the size of the bananas used.
