Gigantes Beans

2 15oz can butter beans
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
Combine 2 15oz cans of beans with 1 cup tomato sauce, parsley, and oregano, crushing the oregano in your palm before you sprinkle it into the beans. Drizzle beans with a touch of extra-virgin oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Combine ingredients with a final toss. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and beans are heated through.
